Dear Victoria’s Secret:

As a loyal customer of Victoria’s Secret, I felt a need to write to you in regards to my recent visit to one of your stores. I am a frequent shopper at your store and often find the service to be very acceptable, but upon my last visit to your store I was exceptionally impressed with the help that I received. Upon entering the store I was immediately asked if I was in need of assistance, and since I was looking for something particular, I was immediately led in the right direction. Your sales attendant greeted me with a positive and cheerful attitude.

The sales attendant was very helpful in directing me to the items I was looking for. Also, I was very pleased with the help I received while inquiring about the new items I was not yet familiar with. She was very educated on the quality and functionality of the different merchandise. She was able to answer all of my question and concerns. I went in with an idea of what I thought I needed and thanks to the help of your employees, I left with something even better.

I was very excited about the new items I was able to purchase and the assistance I received in the process. On top of that, the service I received while checking out was just as impressive. The sales attendant took care of my purchase in a very efficient and timely manner, making my experience at your store even that much more enjoyable. I was able to get in and out of your store in no time at all. I have always been a customer of Victoria’s Secret, but this experience helped solidify me as a life long customer.

Victoria’s Secrets has always, in my opinion, had the best quality products. Now I am happy to say that your quality of services matches the unbeatable quality of your merchandise. Thank you for your commitment to fine service and quality products. It’s safe to say I’ll be back for another visit very soon.
